Music Alliance Founder Don Ramos began his career in 1979 recording and producing over 40 albums and hundreds of demos, and singles. He delivered as Chief Engineer, Studio Manager, and Recording Studio owner.
As well VP Education for Centre for Arts and Technology. He received his PhD in Education in 2012. In 2016 he became an ICF Certified Executive Coach. He is President of Digital Music Alliance and serves as education chair for the council.
Niels Hartvig-Nielsen
Niels serves as President for Music Alliance Founding partner Immersa Learning Network and CEO for TEC The Education Company, Director for Bsharp Music Foundation and Digital Music Alliance . He has over 44 years of leadership experience in music education and has founded several arts colleges and served on many professional advisory boards. He has developed award winning education programs that continue to produce top talent today.
My Xay Ly
Xay is Music Alliance’s IT Director and Website Engineer. He oversees the day-to-day functions of MusicAlliance.com, making sure that all software components, systems and integrations are running efficiently and reliably. He deters evil hackers from around the globe and on top of this, he is an award-winning Independent Music Producer who enjoys making music of various genres for video games, relaxation and films. Every problem has a solution—Xay doesn’t disappoint.
Quinn Panganiban
Quinn is the Director Of Marketing for Music Alliance. He helps grow the community, manage education/membership services, creates content and acquires, analyzes and organizes all the related data. Quinn also shares his digital marketing/media buying skills with members to help them build a social following and promote their music in the most strategic way possible. Melissa is the Online Community Manager & Marketing Coordinator at The Music Alliance. With a fervent passion for music ingrained in her very being, Melissa stands as a beacon of enthusiasm within the industry.
Driven by her unwavering love for all things musical, Melissa not only manages online communities with finesse but also spearheads innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with fellow music enthusiasts.
Chondell LeLand
Chondell brings authenticity to Music Alliance as a vocal powerhouse and soulful vocal technician for bands and shows on the Las Vegas strip including; Part Gras, Groove Kitty, Vegas Super Stars, Nitro, Majesty, and more. She has opened for renowned performers such as Erykah Badu, Floetry, and backing vocals for Vince Neil. She is aDJ, MC/Host, Events Planner, and beloved Music Alliance Meetup organizer and host.
